The new lintels are in, the top of the wall is built out, the floor beam is stitched to a new bit of timber that rests on the RSJ properly, and the RSJ has been painted.

The builder also told me that they sorted out the last of the lead cap on the party wall, and re-bedded the lead flashing for the bathroom roof – it was so poorly bedded that it pulled right out, no mastic etc holding it in.
