Step done, patio done

Tanked walls, new joists.. what goes wrong next?
The tradesmen have made really good progress today. The boxing for the stairwell is completed, the pipes have been run through it, ready for skinning over, the new joists are in place, the porch walls have been tanked, and the back patio is half-laid. You’d almost think this house had stopped causing problems.
